Biography

Specialist in Food Science (3th level) at the Faculty of Medicine of the Polytechnic University of the Marche (UNIVPM-IT) and in Chemistry and Food Technologies (3th level) at the University of Bologna (UNIBO-IT).

Graduated in Biological Sciences (Master’s Degree) at the University of Bologna with an experimental thesis at the Universitè Paris VII (Denis Diderot-FR).

He has carried out research in Food Microbiology, Nutrition and Computational Sciences (Biostatistics) at institutions and companies.

He is a contract professor at the University of Camerino (UNICAM.IT) and the Saint Camillus International University of Health and Medical Sciences (UNICAMILLUS, Rome) for the Master’s Degree course in Human Nutrition Sciences.

Professor, co-author and tutor at the Fundación Universitaria Iberoamericana (FUNIBER-ES) for the International Master in Vegetarian Nutrition and Dietetics of UNIVPM.

As a nutritionist and biologist he deals with dietetics and clinical nutrition at a center for research and early diagnosis of neoplastic diseases.

In the corporate sector, he obtained a Master’s degree in Orientation and Coaching (post-graduate level) with consultancy activities in food marketing, health and business management.

Currently he is project manager for the development of biomedical software for research and the health professions.

Author, scientific popularizer and speaker at various national and international congresses, he has published numerous articles in national journals and newspapers.

He wrote the books “Vegetarian choice and cycling life” (2012), “Eating to grow up” (2014) and “The Italian way to a vegetarian diet” (2018) for Il Pensiero Scientifico Editore. For Manni Editore he published the essay “The full cart” (2016).
