Stefano di Stefano

Executive of the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, where he is Office Manager, involved in special projects, privatisations of Societies managed by the Ministry, and follows listed holdings held by the Ministry itself in the context of Direzione VII of the Italian Department of the Treasury.

Previously, he acquired experience in institutions and banks in the context of business finance, particularly concerning recruitment and management of minority holdings for business development support.

In the 1990s, he worked for the IRI – Istituto per la Ricostruzione Industriale, where he followed the main privatisation transactions of Subsidiaries.

Has graduated in Economics from LUISS University of Rome, has taught Economics and Finance subjects at LUISS University of Rome and then at Tuscia University of Viterbo. Recently, he taught “Law and Economics of Public Companies” at the Department of Law of LUISS University of Rome.

He has been appointed as Board Member of several companies, including, recently, Acquirente Unico SpA (Gruppo GSE), EUR SpA., Invitalia SpA.

He has been appointed by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finances as representative at the coordinating board of “Poteri Speciali dello Stato”.
