After the graduation in Medical Biotechnology at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome, she obtained the PhD in Biotechnology and Translational Medicine at the Institute of Human Anatomy of the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Currently her research activity is carried out at Bambino Gesù Pediatric Hospital in Rome and is mainly focused on the study of brain tumors that arise from glial cells and in particular on RNA modifications involved in the pathogenesis of these neoplasms.
