Biography

In 1997, Professor Stallone received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences with honors, from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata.” She also received a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition Science with honors, at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, with a dissertation on eating disorders.

Adjunct professor in Nutritional Counseling in the Master’s Degree Course in Human Nutrition Science; lecturer in the II level Post-Graduate Program in Personalized Nutrition: molecular and genetic bases and in the Post-Graduate Degree Program in Psychobiology of Eating Behavior at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. Lecturer in the II Level Post-Graduate Degree in Nutrition, Nutraceutics and Applied Dietetics at the University of Camerino. She has also been an adjunct professor of physiology and nutritional science in the undergraduate course in obstetrics and gynecology at La Sapienza University of Rome.

Since 2004, she has been involved in scientific research on the anatomo-physiology of the reproductive system, carrying out teaching activities at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Faculty of Medicine. During these years, she obtained a PhD in Anatomy, Dermatology and Plastic Surgery and published at an international and national level.

Professor Stallone has been a guest expert in several TV and radio programs on Rai, La7, TV2000. She is author of the book “La Dieta Persona,” Ed. Tre60 2018, and editor-in-chief of the online news www.lascuoladiancel.it.

Since December 2015, she has been president of Enpab (Ente di Previdenza e Assistenza a Favore dei Biologi) and vice-president of Adepp (Associazione degli Entividenziali Privatizzati e Privatizzati).
