It is not unusual to have though moments during a challenging degree course.
The Listening and Counseling Service is a space where active listening and support are given to students. They can discuss with an expert about those moments that can be source of discomfort and/or difficulty in reaching their own goals.
The Counseling Service aims to create individual wellbeing by identifying the personal resources, possible factors that obstacle the achievement of the goals set and the promotion of self-efficacy.
Student can access the Counseling Service prior appointment. The Office will be anyway open at the time and location indicated.
