In accordance with Article 13 of European Regulations 2016/679 (hereinafter the Regulations)

The UniCamillus Newsletter contains useful information about courses, calls of application, promotions, and initiatives undertaken by UniCamillus and is sent automatically and free of charge by e-mail to those who request it by filling in a registration form. The data requested is necessary for the service provided and will be processed using computer and telematic tools for the sole purpose of providing the service. For this reason, it will be kept until the data subject requests to have it deleted.

The legal basis for this processing is the data subject’s free choice to receive the UniCamillus promotional and informative newsletter (art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the Regulations). The Data Controller is the Saint Camillus International University of Health Sciences – UniCamillus, with headquarters in Rome, Via di Sant’Alessandro 8 – 00131 Rome.

Data will be processed exclusively by the UniCamillus staff and collaborators who have been authorised to carry out such processing, and by our IT suppliers involved in the service and who have been appointed as data processors for the purposes of the technological maintenance of the website.

In addition to the right to data portability (art. 15 et seq. of the Regulations), data subjects have the right to request from the Data Controller access to their personal data and to have it rectified or deleted, or to restrict the processing of their personal data or to object to its processing.

Such requests may be made by contacting the Data Controller through the Data Protection Officer, who may be reached at any time at dpo@unicamillus.org.

Data subjects who consider that the processing of their personal data carried out through this service violates the provisions of the Regulations have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulations, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the Regulations).
