The QA Support Office  is made up of a team of administrative staff specialised in QA issues, coordinated by the Rector’s Delegate for Quality.

The office is responsible for promoting, coordinating and finalising actions aimed at improving the quality of the University.

In particular, its tasks include: facilitating the monitoring of QA activities; ensuring efficient information flow between stakeholders and the network of QA representatives, all in the context of the Deming cycle; promoting QA initiatives and providing training; and undertaking activities related to initial and periodic accreditation.

The office supports the activities of the University’s Quality Committee in terms of promoting and disseminating the correct interpretation and application of guidelines, including through the organisation of specific training sessions and the planning and monitoring of actions. The office participates in the University’s Quality Committee meetings, prepares minutes and serves as a reference structure for the Joint Committee for Students and Tutors, providing support for the publication of the annual monitoring sheet, the cyclical review report and the periodic update of the SUA-CdS sheet.

The office carries out secretarial functions in providing support to the Evaluation Unit and supplying the necessary data for the preparation of documents and reports required by regulations.
