I am a dietitian, graduated with honors in Human Nutrition Sciences at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. I still attend the Postgraduate School in Nutrition Sciences at the University of Rome “UCSC – Catholic University of Sacred Heart” . Currently, I am a self-employed dietitian at IRCCS Polyclinic Foundation University of A. Gemelli – Bariatric Nutrition Center.
I have several academic positions, as a professor of Applied Dietetic Sciences and Technique at a Degree Course in Dietetics Science; I am teaching ” Dietetics and Nutrition “ at Grad School of the Catholic University of Rome.
Moreover, I am a Professor at the UCSC of Rome teaching Merceology of food, Food chemistry at a Degree Course in TPALL and Cosmethologic Science and Tecnologies.
