Danilo Serra, PhD, is the author of numerous books and scientific articles on topical philosophical and sociological issues.
He carries out research in the fields of phenomenology, aesthetics and ethics.
His research generally follow an interdisciplinary approach that aims to develop a broader and more complex vision of reality, in an attempt to overcome the fruitless opposition between the sciences and the humanities.
His studies weave different narrative threads around the theme of the experience of care and have their core in the question of “dwelling” declined in its multiple aspects. Since 2021 he has been a member of the American Daseinsanalytic Institute in New York, where he develops activities and research related to the so-called Daseinsanalysis. He is also scientific co-editor of the International Review of Palliative Marketing (ISSN: 3042-5166).
