In 2011 Professor Pecilli obtained the Degree in Midwifery at Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata, and a Master’s Degree in “Nursing and Obstetric Sciences” at the same university; she is a registered member of the OPORP ( Ordine della Professione Ostetrica di Roma e Provincia).

She held the Workshop “Rapporto tra medicina e cultura. Il contributo dell’antropologia medica” at the Higher Institute of Health.

Former midwife at the Nursing Home “City of Aprilia”, ASL 1 Sassari, the hospital San Giovanni Calibita – Fatebenefratelli, she’s currently working at the University Hospital “Umberto I” and the Nursing Home “City of Rome”.
