I obtained my master degree in theoretical physics from the La Sapienza University of Rome, the postgraduate school in Health Physics at the Catholic University of “Sacro Cuore” and a PhD in Magnetic Resonance Physics from the University of Nottingham in England.
At the University of Nottingham I have worked for 5 years as a researcher in advanced high (3T) and very high field (7T) magnetic resonance techniques and subsequently I have collaborated with Max Planck in Tübingen for neuroimaging applications at 9.4T.
I currently work as a researcher in the field of MR imaging at the Bambino Gesù Children’s hospital in Rome and I collaborate with other IRCCS for research projects concerning brain pathologies. My research topics are the development of sequences and data analysis regarding advanced neuroimaging techniques with particular interest in pediatrics.
