Covid-19: Forms and Procedures for the Academic Community


Procedure for the Regulations on measures to control and prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus drawn up in order to organize the start of the academic activities of UniCamillus in presence and, at the same time, protect the health of all those who have access to the University spaces by monitoring possible sources of spread.



As required by the Regulations on measures to control and prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, to access the UniCamillus spaces, it will be necessary to submit a self-declaration certifying that they do not have to carry out  quarantine or fiduciary isolation, or to have returned less than 14 days from the above mentioned foreign countries.

Practical guidance for UniCamillus students

From the 1st of September, it will become mandatory to show the Green Pass to access the University. The obligation concerns both all the staff members, teaching and non-teaching staff, and students.

Preventing the spread of Covid-19 depends on our behaviour!

    • If your temperature is over 37,5°C: you must stay at home!
    • If you have respiratory symptoms (cold, cough, etc.): you must stay at home!
    • If you live with someone who has flu symptoms (fever, cold, cough, etc.): you must stay at home!
    • If you have had any contact in the last 14 days with people positive for the virus: you must stay at home!
    • If you have had any contact in the last 10 days with people positive for the virus: you can return to the university only by presenting a copy of the negative result of the test for Covid carried out on the tenth day from the last contact!

    If the above cases do not occur and you need to access UniCamillus spaces, please follow carefully the prevention and protection measures below:

    • disinfect your hands at the entrance check-in;
    • always wear the mask;
    • limite your stay in UniCamillus classrooms and spaces to the time strictly necessary for carrying out the didactic activities;
    • avoid closed and prolonged contacts with other people during the activities, keep a distance of at least 1 meter, avoid hugs, handshakes and physical contacts with every person;
    • avoid touching your eyesnose or mouth with unwashed hands;
    • always cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow when you cough or sneeze, avoiding touching respiratory secretions with your hands;
    • throw used tissue in the trash and immediately wash your hands;
    • avoid using bottles and glasses used by other people;
    • clean and disinfect frequently your hands using the dispensers of alcohol-based solutions available at UniCamillus;
    • alert immedialtely the UniCamillus staff should any respiratory or flu symptoms arise during your stay at UniCamillus, keep the distance from those present while the necessary coordination with the health authority takes place;
    • follow the entrance and exit paths indicated in the floor plans;
    • do not use the lift except in cases of actual need due to impaired mobility;
    • follow the measures for the Covid-19 prevention and control of the public authorities and those published on the University website;
    • use, where possible, the Immuni App
