He got his PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Rome, Tor Vergata.
Since 2013 he is researcher at the Danish Cancer Society Research Center (DCRC), Copenhagen, DK.
He is postdoctoral fellow at the Computational Biology Laboratory, and since 2017 he collaborates with the University of Copenhagen.
His research is focused on cancer biology and in particular on the DNA damage response and on mutations impact on protein structure and protein-protein interactions.
He presented his researches in international conferences and he collaborates as peer reviewer to several journals.
Since 2018 he is member of the editorial board of the peer-reviewed & Open Access journal PeerJ.
